Within walking distance there is social and commercial infrastructure - kindergartens and schools, sports complexes, shops, clinics and pharmacies, a milk kitchen, post offices and banks, centers for the provision of household services.

The website should reflect and convey to the potential consumer all the strengths of the quarter, its advantages, and amenities for life. Show the expanded infrastructure of the complex. Develop interactive maps for different types of premises, parking lots, commercial areas, and residential apartments.

We studied similar sites and made a map of what was missing in their functionality and what was too much - unnecessary information, complex navigation, etc. We identified the main content groups. We created a clear structure and navigation. We worked out a scheme of user interaction with the interface.

On the interactive map, the user can evaluate infrastructure facilities and their location relative to the residential complex. Residential construction — 450,000 sq. m. Commercial infrastructure — 45,000 sq. m. 6 Parking lots — 3,526 parking spaces.

We developed a simple and convenient mortgage calculator and placed it right on the main page of the site. The result was a modern, technological and laconic site that emphasizes the reliability and competence of the developer company.
